I found your summery very educating. But when you were mentioning North America then refer to it as the United States,
where does Canada fall into this. As you may have guest that is where
I live and I’m interested how the christian church started here and it’s progression here.

I enjoyed your brief summary of the history.

Just curious though why you left out mentioning the revival which happened during the early 1800’s around Germany and England?
